Valuing Diversity

As a company, NEI values diversity and embraces the concept throughout our company.

Our employee population is 80 percent women with the makeup of our leadership team being 70 percent female and 30 percent male—significantly different from much of corporate America. Approximately one in every eight NEI employees speak multiple languages. In all, NEI employees speak 29 different languages and a significant number were born in or have lived in countries outside the United States.

NEI partners with Women-, Minority-, and Veteran-owned businesses, which represent millions of dollars in diversity spending. We have also been a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise since 2001.

Our training program emphasizes the importance of diversity with something as simple as teaching our employees to understand diverse communication styles to help us speak with greater meaning to our clients’ relocating families.
