Bio

Randy is responsible for the overall management and growth of NEI, directing senior leaders and guiding the company's strong operational infrastructure. A licensed real estate broker with over 35 years of relocation experience, she is a member of Worldwide ERC® where she holds her Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designation. Randy speaks at conferences and has received the WERC President's Award, its Meritorious Service Award and served on its U.S. Advisory Council, the Certification Review Board and Government Affairs Council.

Bio

Michelle is primarily responsible for IT, international operations, and managing the financial needs of NEI. After several years as a large financial services auditor with Deloitte, she joined the company and progressed through several roles, including Vice President of Operations and CFO. Her comprehensive insights into business and relocation make her the perfect person to guide the interfacing of client relocation processes. She holds a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA), is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Bio

Janell oversees the service delivery of all U.S. Domestic relocation programs, quality assurance, global mobility strategies and goal monitoring for clients. She works closely with team leaders to ensure adequate staffing and with NEI Talent Development to ensure our employees have the technical background necessary to perform their jobs well. Janell joined NEI in 1996 and progressed through many critical positions and complex experiences. She has also been a bank auditor for the FDIC.

Dar Andrews

Bio

Dar Andrews joined NEI's Senior Management in 2024 with nearly 30 years experience in IT and Finance. He has worked for top companies like PayPal and EBAY, enhancing operational excellence and customer experience, and has extensive expertise in managing global tech teams, cybersecurity, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Deployment. Dar is focused on service excellence and the continuing development of leading-edge technology for NEI, our clients, and their transferring families.  He oversees the teams who provide critical reporting functions, as well as the management of our proprietary Global Gateway websites and database.

Bio

Pam joined NEI in 2006 and has served in the relocation industry since 1982. As SVP of Global Client Development, she leads a team of professionals charged with introducing potential clients to NEI and through analysis of their relocation programs, helping them discover how to contain costs and enhance the transferee and assignee experience. Her years of experience in third party relocation management includes leading many Fortune 500 companies through all facets of the relocation process.

As Senior Vice President of Global Client Relations, Cindy provides direction and strategic insight to NEI Client Relations Managers, who are our clients’ primary contact for managing and improving their relocation programs and keeping NEI departments apprised of client needs. She monitors emerging industry trends and best practices to assist her team with client-centric solutions. Cindy joined NEI in 2004 and advanced through various positions prior to accepting her current role.

Talent Development

NEI University offers more than 200 formal online training courses for our employees in addition to one-on-one support and industry webinars, all focused on empowering our team members to be top performers in our industry. Nancy Godwin, CRP, NEI VP Talent Development, leads her team in developing the strategy behind our training philosophy and how it benefits those we serve.

Global Mobility Strategies (GMS)

One of the most important resources for our clients is the research provided by our Global Mobility Strategies team. From individual policy cost analysis to extensive benchmarking and industry surveys, GMS provides consulting services to fine-tune your global mobility program. We also support customized industry surveys, area market/housing studies, and can conduct service partner RFPs.

Global Partner Alliance (GPA)

NEI created a global network of service partners who share our values. These companies participate in educational and networking opportunities, like our annual GPA Summit, and compliance training to understand our expectations. We also established the GPA Advisory board comprised of representatives from different service categories to meet quarterly and examine global trends. This helps us keep our clients prepared for the future and aware of emerging trends.
