Corporate Relocation

In addition to seven paid holidays, NEI employees begin receiving Paid Time Off (PTO) on their first paycheck at NEI Global Relocation. Full-time employees are eligible for Volunteer Time Off (VTO) and up to six weeks paid time off of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child! Similarly, full-time employees are eligible for two days of grandparent leave for a grandchild's birth or adoption. Bereavement leave is also available.
Health insurance coverage is available for employees and their dependents, as is Dental and Vision. The company covers the cost of an employee a life insurance benefit and long-term (LT) disability insurance. Short-term disability and pet insurance are available.
Our parent company, NP Dodge Company, provides a 401(k) match and Profit-Sharing program for employees who have completed at least 1,500 hours of service during the plan year and are actively employed on the date of distribution!
After one year of service, regular, full-time employees are eligible for Educational Assistance, you may be eligible for a gym membership incentive, and we have an excellent Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
