  • I trust NEI with our employees—that is the highest form of compliment I can give a vendor, in my opinion.

  • I can honestly say that NEI takes better care of our people, brings more consistency to our policy application and deals with issues more quickly than we could.

  • Thank you for such incredible service!

  • The value of the services you provide and the ease of doing business with you makes you an indispensable extension of our staff.

  • This is impressive! (Pharmaceutical Benchmark) I am only getting to know NEI but this is a great reflection of the hard work, professionalism and comprehensive analysis. It definitely put your organization in a very positive light.

  • NEI's abundance of checks and balances is very reassuring to me that everything is done right the first time.

  • I found your reporting package to be exceptional…keep up the great work!

  • I have worked with other Relocation Companies and quite frankly none have been as professional or helpful as NEI.

  • NEI captured the true essence of our policy, then compared component by component and provided a complete review that was second to none.

  • With many of our partners the time difference between China and the U.S. can be a problem, but not with NEI.

  • We have moved with another corporation eight times. Our experience with NEI tops the list.

  • I have almost 25 years experience with relo and relo companies.  NEI is by far the most efficient, reliable, and personable of all I have experienced.

Strategic Solutions and Support

NEI's Global Mobility Strategies department provides thought leadership for our entire organization. The entire deparment is dedicated to monitoring industry trends, conducting benchmarks and providing detailed analysis for all relocation and assignment management needs.

Client Relations Managers (CRM) are our clients’ personal consultants for coordinating the analysis and continuous improvement of their relocation program. The CRMs are the link between the Operations teams who are working with their relocating families and Global Mobility Strategies for program development and research.

Our annual Talent Agility Symposium for clients and guests occurs each spring. This two to three-day event provides our guests with the opportunity to attend excellent educational sessions, network with their peers and collaborate with their NEI team members. The past few Symposiums have also provided up to 11 Worldwide ERC® recertification credits!

NEI also hosts the Global Partner Alliance Summit each fall for our service partners. The focus of the Summit is to support those who serve our clients’ relocating families with educational workshops and the opportunity to exchange ideas on how to continuously improve all of our services.

Supporting NEI Employees

One of the best ways NEI can support our clients’ relocating families is through the talent development of NEI employees. NEI University (NEI U) continuously educates our mobility professionals in all phases of global mobility and teaches them how to communicate and connect with the relocating families we serve.

It starts with an extensive new employee orientation that provides four to six weeks of training regardless of previous relocation or real estate experience. This is the time for new employees to learn about our values, processes and culture - the NEI Way.

From that point forward, NEI provides a wide variety of courses categorized by different career paths. Special courses in communication and critical thinking skills help our employees recognize their own, and others, natural behavioral tendencies so they can quickly adapt their approach to meet the needs of our clients’ relocating families.

Mobility Trends, Hot Topics and More

NEI provides our clients and industry partners with several avenues of information. Mobility Trends and Hot Topics is produced quarterly in an electronic newsletter format. When warranted, NEI sends out Industry Alerts for urgent matters related to the relocation industry. Those who subscribe to us on LinkedIn receive frequent relocation information and NEI updates.

NEI University

NEI University is structured to support four core curriculums and produce desired competency levels. As employees demonstrate proficiencies in those areas, they progress to the next level in their desired career path where they achieve NEI certifications. Beyond the certification levels, NEI employees strive to attain Executive, Leadership and Global designations, which require a mix of practical experience, established proficiencies, high satisfaction scores and community service.

We attribute much of our success to our commitment in developing the talent within our organization and giving them the opportunity to learn, grow and shine throughout our company and the entire relocation industry.

Ignite Your Career Path

In addition to the more than 200 formal classes under NEI University, industry guest speakers and webinars, NEI created a talk series for tenured NEI employees to discuss their personal career path at NEI. Ignite Your Career Path is a testament to NEI’s success promoting employees within our organization as part of our talent development strategy.
