As Senior Vice President of Global Mobility Strategies, Mitch monitors emerging industry trends and best practices to assist NEI’s clients and operations teams in defining their strategic direction. His expertise in developing cost-effective solutions in many situations is a valuable resource for our clients.
Mitch guides the operations team in establishing supporting processes to continue NEI's history of excellent service. He is respected internally, and externally, as a resource for relocation program best practices. Known as a key business leader and strategic advisor, Mitch serves as a panelist and presenter at regional Employee Relocation Councils.
In addition to consulting with clients directly, he works with all client relations managers and internal departments as changes to clients’ programs are incorporated into the service delivery models. Mitch’s focus on continually monitoring internal and external factors affecting the relocation process ensures our clients have the best programs to meet their recruiting and retention goals.
Mitch joined NEI in 1991 and has been in the real estate and relocation industries since 1982. Beginning in real estate sales, Mitch received recognition as Associate of the Year and became a member of the industry’s coveted Million Dollar Club before entering the relocation industry as an Account Executive. His progressive positions as Senior Account Executive, Operations Manager, and Client Relations Director gave Mitch extensive experience in relocation operations that lend to his expertise in developing solutions for clients’ mobility challenges.

During his tenure in the relocation and real estate industries, Mitch has presented a number of strategies and solutions for clients. Some examples include:
- Leading and managing a group move involving more than 700 transferring families – from conceptualization to completion in less than nine months.
- Reducing costs by nearly $5M in relocation expenses through cost containment and policy changes over a 5 year time-frame for a Fortune 150 company.
- Creating innovative solutions to quickly sell very unique, multi-million dollar properties saving our clients thousands of dollars in selling costs.
