As Vice President, Global Client Development, Ginny consults with corporations to evaluate their mobility needs, as well as the financial impact and strategic direction of their relocation and global mobility programs. She focuses on relocation/mobility policies and processes and leverages the results of industry benchmarks and best practices to recommend competitive programs that embrace the organization's culture.
Ginny joined NEI in 2022 with more than 30 years; experience in global mobility. She began her relocation career in destination services and held various positions in a variety of relocation-related industries, including title services, real estate, household goods, and full-service relocation management. Her comprehensive range of experience give her prospective clients a knowledgeable, trusted resource, backed by the service professionals at NEI for a true partnership team.
In her most recent position prior to joining NEI, Ginny was Director, Relocation Services for a full service moving company where she was responsible for managing and overseeing their corporate relocation clients and transferees. In her role, she was responsible for new-client development, ongoing account management, group move services, and overall operations and service delivery. She also prepared monthly white papers over industry related topics; presented quarterly and annual reviews; provided monthly reporting; troubleshooting and solutions to any service break downs; prepared department budget; managed staff; training; and assisted in sales development.
Ginny earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1992 and her Global Mobility Services designation in 2003. She is a recipient of Worldwide ERC's Meritorious Service Award.
Ginny has served on the Relocation Director's Council Board and is currently serving on the RDC Advisory Board through 2022. This organization specializes in providing educational and business; solutions geared for Relocation Directors within firms that house an internal relocation department.
Ginny has consistently served the relocation industry through many of the Regional WERC groups such as, President for the Dallas Relocation Professionals (now known as North Texas Relocation Professionals), being a founding member of the Tarrant County Relocation Council and serving in various positions for the Houston Relocation Professionals during the late 1990’s through 2000’s.
Ginny is often called on to serve as a speaker, moderator, and/or panelist for relocation industry events.
