As Vice President, Global Client Development, Brian consults with corporations to evaluate their mobility needs, as well as the financial impact and strategic direction of their relocation and global mobility programs. He focuses on relocation/mobility policies and processes and leverages the results of industry benchmarks and best practices to recommend competitive programs that embrace the organization’s culture. His experience with human resources, talent management, finance, supply chain and operations give companies a knowledgeable, trusted resource, backed by the service professionals at NEI for a true partnership team.
Brian began his relocation career in 1980 with one of the nation’s largest global mobility companies as a National Account Executive, Product Manager, and District Supervisor where he was responsible for client development and retention, household goods management, and managing a portfolio of inventory homes. His experience directing the development and national sales for the company’s start-up asset management entity, led to a Director of Operations position, creating the residential real estate department, and recruiting a staff of 35 in four cities to manage and sell company residential assets on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC).
As Director of Sales and Marketing for a mortgage consulting company, Brian managed a team of Account Executives who maintained and grew existing client relationships and generated additional revenue through new accounts and services. His comprehensive experience in global mobility, mortgage, talent management, operations, business development, and account management led to creating his own company where he successfully managed executive placement and consulting in the fields of corporate relocation and mortgage banking. He placed over 200 relocation industry professionals, brokered the acquisitions of four relocation entities, and developed an interactive website for online job postings and candidate registration.
Just prior to joining NEI, Brian was Vice President, Business Development, responsible for management of new business development and excelling in his ability to analyze and create new ways of presenting value for global services, budgeting tools and pricing methodologies, modeling of compensation management during full life cycle of a global assignment, and group move cost projections.
Brian served on the Board of Directors of the North Texas Relocation Professionals, earned his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification, Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University, and MBA from the University of Connecticut.
