Responsibilities

As Vice President of Client Development – Southeast Region, Misty confers with corporations on their policies, processes and specific relocation needs.   Examining how each corporation’s philosophy and culture impact its relocation programs. Misty works with clients to develop services to support their company goals and transferee needs.  

Experience

Misty’s relocation experience spans more than 20 years, first working with transferees as a real estate agent, experiencing five corporate transfers as a trailing spouse and later as a Relocation Director leading a team of real estate agents and transferee real estate transactions.    

As a Relocation Director, she was responsible for building and managing a relocation department team of approximately 40 agents, managing corporate properties including the purchase and sale of homes, negotiating contracts, coordinating closings, and overseeing budgets.  She worked extensively with relocation management companies like NEI Global Relocation and coordinated all agent referrals.  Misty was recognized as a consistent multi-million-dollar producer and among the top five Realtors® nationally with her agency. 

Also successful in business development, Misty served as a pharmaceutical representative, which refined her organizational and team building skills.  She contributed to the successful launch of three major products and consistently improved market share with each product. 

Her proven ability to effectively communicate with internal support teams and corporate stakeholders demonstrates a strong skill set in developing business relationships through empathy, positivity, and the partnership skills that NEI values in our employees. 

Misty received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Education from East Carolina University in North Carolina.
