Responsibilities
As Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Deb is responsible for all corporate branding and marketing efforts. Her communication skills and strategic thinking help her integrate NEI’s company mission into a message. Prior to accepting her current role, Deb consulted with prospective clients on the west coast as the Director of Client Development- Pacific Region.
Experience
The cornerstone of Deb’s career is real estate, where at the age of 19 she obtained her real estate license, following in the footsteps of her mother who was involved in the relocation industry since its inception. Her relocation and real estate experience ranges from apartment management to working exclusively with transferees, and to her current role marketing NEI Global Relocation.
In addition to her extensive background in real estate, Deb has experience in marketing and sales management, and has been instrumental in positioning NEI through its public facing websites, video production, and marketing materials. Prior to returning to the relocation industry, she was Vice President of Media Planning for an advertising agency, and has produced award-winning television programs, commercials, and marketing campaigns.
Credentials
As an Worldwide ERC designated Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Deb’s leadership skills, serving on the Board of Directors of Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) from 2007-2012, focused on developing strong program content, creating, and interpreting industry surveys, moderating sessions at annual conferences, and recreating the BAMM website.
Recognized twice, nationally, for her leadership skills with a major communications company, she was selected to participate in its Emerging Leaders development program.
She has also been involved with many professional organizations, boards, steering committees, and advisory councils, including: Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum; Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce and Visitors and Convention Bureau; American Women in Radio and Televisions-Nebraska Chapter; Sales Leaders of Omaha; The Women’s Leadership Conference; Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce; Health Fair of the Midlands; and the Omaha Federation of Advertising.
