Responsibilities
As Vice President, International Services, Mollie is responsible for working with clients, NEI’s Regional Managers, and the assigned international team to provide oversite and review daily processes that result in excellent service to our clients and their employees.
Mollie’s diverse experience and attention to detail helps clients experience a seamless transition to NEI. She provides global solutions and assists with the coordination of all activities with NEI departments and personnel, including the transition of on-assignment files.
Throughout our partnership, Mollie ensures industry updates are provided to clients and is responsible for helping the internal international team meet clients’ cost and service standards. She also participates with our Global Mobility Strategy team to develop policy reviews and makes best practice recommendations on policy based on competitive data and industry trends. Mollie’s ability to manage multiple projects and respond to client’s needs in a timely, consultative manner is key in providing excellent customer service.
Experience
Mollie joined NEI in 2007 and has been in a number of roles with increasing responsibilities. She has a diverse background in international relocation and logistics beginning in 1997 when she served as an international relocation coordinator for a major household goods carrier, managing international relocation for governmental accounts. Her responsibilities included pricing, trafficking, customs brokering and continual evaluation of partners’ performance.
Mollie’s global business experience also encompasses consulting for Canada's largest parcel service where she customized logistic solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
During her seven years living in Vienna, Austria, Mollie taught and advised students at Vienna’s top business academy. Mollie was a professor for Marketing and International Trade, Project Management, Virtual Enterprise and Business Studies in a bilingual program (German/English). In the Business Studies curriculum, Mollie instructed on risk management, financing, securities and stock exchange, and strategic planning. While serving as a representative of the bilingual international business program, she conducted admissions interviews and evaluations of new students, and mentored the international teaching faculty.
Mollie holds a Master of Arts in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and German.
