As Vice President of Global Client Relations, Cindy is responsible for providing direction and strategic
insight to the Client Relations Managers, tracking performance standards, integrating and maintaining
efficient and productive processes, mentoring team members and maintaining guidelines to evaluate the
effectiveness of her team.
The CRM team works closely with the Domestic and International Operations, Global Mobility Strategies,
Global Partner Relations, Expense Management, Finance, Reporting and Information Technology. They
keep all NEI departments aware of client needs for transferee and assignee services, reporting and
technology. They work closely with the applicable department to address each client’s need in a timely and efficient manner.
Cindy monitors emerging industry trends and best practices to assist NEI’s client and operations teams in
defining their strategic direction. Her expertise in developing client-centric solutions in many situations is a
valuable resource for our clients.
Cindy understands all aspects of relocation from the foundation up. After joining NEI in 2004, Cindy gained experience as an Assistant Account Executive, Account Executive, Lead Account Executive, and Director of Domestic Operations, prior to being promoted to her current position. Throughout her career at NEI, Cindy has upheld NEI’s philosophy of “Service Exceeding Expectations” for her transferees / assignees, clients and NEI team members.
