As an NEI founding member and President and CEO, Randy directs NEI’s overall service delivery to optimally serve clients and their transferring employees. From NEI’s inception, Randy has set the tone and direction for NEI’s senior management team, and led the development of the company’s strong operational infrastructure. She oversees the development of technology and program enhancements and provides strategic direction for the organization. Randy directs the organization’s detailed evaluation process of ratings from NEI customers and NEI employees, to effect changes required for continual improvement throughout NEI. Ultimately, she is responsible for the overall management and growth of the organization.
Randy attended the University of Nebraska, is a licensed real estate broker, and a member of Worldwide ERC®, where she earned its CRP designation. In recognition for her contribution to the advancement of the relocation industry, Randy was presented the council’s 2010 Meritorious Service Award and 2009 President’s Award. In 2010 and 2011, she was a member of the council’s US Advisory Council and completed a two-year commitment on the Certification Review Board.
Her prior real estate experience of working directly with sellers and buyers, along with underwriting title insurance policies, formed a solid foundation for her relocation career. With over 30 years of relocation experience, Randy has developed and led most relocation functions, such as: account management, quality control, training, marketing, expense management, technology, client relations, supplier management, contract negotiations and management, as well as international relocation.
