Responsibilities
As Vice President of Client Development – Central Region, Pam confers with corporations on their policies, processes and specific relocation needs. Examining how each corporation’s philosophy and culture impact its relocation programs, Pam works with clients to develop services to support their company goals and transferee needs.
Credentials
Pam joined NEI in 2006 and has served in the relocation industry since 1982. Her 30 years of experience in third party relocation management includes all facets of the relocation industry, including new-client development, account management, group move coordination and service delivery. Pam has led many Fortune 500 companies through a thorough analysis of their relocation program to help clients reduce costs and enhance transferee and assignee satisfaction.
A Seasoned Relocation Professional
Pam obtained her Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1992 and GMS designation in 2011 for demonstrating her experience and relocation knowledge through the Worldwide ERC.
Pam led the Corporate Relocation Council (CRC) as their 2009 President and 2010 Chairman of the Board. Through quarterly meetings and educational outreach programs, this group helps more than 200 corporations develop solutions to today’s relocation challenges. As a past member of the board of directors with the St. Louis Employee Relocation Council and the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council, she has organized key conferences, informative educational meetings and online webinars focusing on the impact of industry trends and best practice recommendations.
Additionally, she served as chairman of the 2008 Midwest ERC Conference, which brings together several regional relocation groups to discuss industry challenges and solutions for corporations’ relocation program needs.
