NEI Global Relocation (NEI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Nguyen as Director of Global Client Development – Emerging Markets. In his role, Phillip will help organizations evaluate their growing mobility needs as well as the financial impact and strategic direction of their relocation and global mobility program.

As a member of the Global Services Team, Phillip utilized his exceptional customer service skills to guide transferring employees through all aspects of global assignments and country-specific nuances. Because of his firsthand experience with clients and their relocating families, Phillip brings with him a keen awareness of the employee experience and familiarity implementing creative, cost-effective mobility solutions.
In addition to his work in global mobility, Phillip has customer service experience in the health industry and serves as President of NEI’s Inclusion Council—a leadership body established to foster mutual respect and relational growth in our colleagues, as well as an openness to working collaboratively for the sake of the clients we serve.
Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and he currently resides in Omaha, NE.
