Accepting the awards on behalf of the company was Randy Wilson, NEI CEO. NEI received its first Gold Stevie for Company of the Year and its second Gold Stevie went to Kate Dodge for Lifetime Achievement.
“If Kate were here, she would make this award about everyone else,” said Randy Wilson as she accepted the Lifetime Achievement Gold Stevie for Kate. “But she’s not here, so I’m going to make it all about her. Kate gives so much of herself to our company, our community and our employees; it is truly an honor to accept this award on her behalf. It is well deserved and all of us at NEI are thrilled that she is receiving this recognition.”
NEI received three Silver Stevies for Randy Wilson, NEI CEO, for Executive of the Year; Margaret Bonitz, NEI Client Relations Manager for Employee of the Year; and the Management Team of the Year for the NEI team responsible for earning The Coca-Cola Company Partners in the Promise Award. A Bronze Stevie was awarded to Nancy Godwin, NEI Director of Talent Development, for Mentor/Coach of the Year.
Grand Stevie Award trophies were presented to the seven organizations that submitted the best body of entries to the competition. Winners were determined by the number of Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards won in the competition. NEI Global Relocation tied for 2nd place in the Grand Stevie Award competition.
