NEI Wins Best Places to Work Competition

Published: Mar 28, 2014

NEI Global Relocation (NEI) received the top honor in the 2014 Best Places to Work in Omaha, large company category of 201+ employees.

The competition was co-sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm LLP to “recognize those employers in the Greater Omaha with truly great, engaged places to work,” said Scott S. Moore, survey founder and partner at Baird Holm.

Recent year’s recipients of the coveted award include many of Omaha’s top employers, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, Kiewit Corporation and Farm Credit Services of America.

Employees of all participating companies complete an online survey performed by Quantum Workplace that measures employee engagement and job satisfaction.

“This was the first time we entered the competition,” commented Randy Wilson, NEI CEO.  “It is especially rewarding to know that our employees think so highly of our company and its culture.  We feel fortunate to have such an incredible team of professionals!”

David Brown, president and CEO of the chamber, said, “Research clearly shows that more engaged employees tend to stay longer, serve customers more effectively and help drive a more profitable company.”

Winners will be publicly recognized May 8th at a luncheon event at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha.
