NEI Presents Corporate Responsibility Awards

2021 NEI Global Partner Alliance Summit

Published: Nov 2, 2021

On Monday, October 25, 2021, NEI Global Relocation presented three awards to Service Partner companies that best demonstrated their corporate responsibility in relation to community involvement, philanthropy and environmental sustainability and/or corporate governance.

The award is designed to further recognize NEI Service Partners who mirror NEI’s commitment to the communities in which we work and live.

“Today’s corporations have a responsibility to a broader constituency than ever before, including the people and environments of the communities in which they operate,” said Kate Dodge, SCRP, NEI Chairman. “Outreach efforts to the communities in which they reside and encouraging employee involvement in charitable activities provides leadership opportunities and a path toward future servitude. It gives us exceptional pleasure to recognize our partners who mirror NEI’s value and commitment to our respective communities.”

Philanthropic Activity

In the area of Philanthropic Activity, for their achievements in both consistent charitable activity and other philanthropic works that help others or society as a whole, NEI Global Relocation recognized Atlas Van Lines for their charitable success in supporting United Way, the American Heart Association, the Wounded Warrior Project and placing a major focus on Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), a nonprofit organization that trains truck drivers to recognize and report instances of human trafficking.

Environmental Sustainability

For their dedication toward helping to protect the environment, help make their local communities more sustainable and demonstrating efforts above and beyond common practices, NEI is pleased to recognize CWS Corporate Housing for their B.R.I.D.G.E. program, which directly involves team members by encouraging them to donate their time and become a resource for their local community. Additionally, CWS Corporate Housing created a partnership with His Grace Foundation, the COVID Relief Fund, National Day of Caring and made significant efforts to operate its business in an environmentally friendly manor.

Community Service

To honor those who are making significant contributions to their local communities through time, actions, talents and dedication, NEI is honored to present this award to a Service Partner who demonstrates positive values and behaviors that influence and inspire others. IOR Global Services is being recognized in the Community Service category for strongly supporting Refugee One’s mission to help refugees in the United States build new lives of safety, dignity, and self-reliance and for its formal partnership with Move for Hunger to aid efforts in combatting food waste and food insecurity.

To each of our winners in this category, we congratulate you and thank you for setting such a fine example for others to follow!
