NEI Global Relocation (NEI) is #1 in the©2016 Trippel Nationwide Relocating Employees Survey.  In fact, NEI has been in the top position or in a virtual tie for the last four years!

“This is a wonderful validation of the work that our employees do to assist our clients’ relocating employees,” said Randy Wilson, NEI CEO.  “Our primary goal is to provide Service Exceeding Expectations and we are so proud of our people who consistently deliver on that mission.”

According to Trippel Survey and Research, LLC, nearly 6,900 transferee or assignee evaluations were accumulated from 93 corporations or non-profit organizations for this survey over a six-month period ending on June 30, 2016.  The core question was “Evaluate your overall level of service satisfaction with [supplier’s name]’s performance.”  A ten-point scale is used where ten is the highest score of satisfaction and one is the lowest.  The population sample was provided by corporate managers.

Of the 6,878 relocating employees contacted, 5,654 used the services of a Relocation Management Company (RMC).  NEI out-performed the statistical averages of the RMC group in every category of the survey, including, Average Score, Top Block and Net Satisfaction.

The top three performers in the Household Goods category included Arpin Van Lines, New World Van Lines and Atlas Van Lines.  Relocation Mortgage providers’ top three were Chase Mortgage, Wells Fargo and Quicken Loans.  In the category of Corporate Temporary Housing Services, National Corporate Housing, Oakwood Worldwide and Nomad Temporary Housing were the top three.
