As Vice President, Global Client Development, Lisa consults with corporations to evaluate their mobility needs, as well as the financial impact and strategic direction of their relocation and global mobility programs. She focuses on relocation / mobility policies and processes and leverages the results of industry benchmarks and best practices to recommend competitive programs that embrace the organization’s culture. Her experience with human resources, talent management, finance, supply chain and operations give companies a knowledgeable, trusted resource, backed by the service professionals at NEI for a true partnership team.
Lisa has more than 20 years’ experience assisting corporations and their employees meet their financial and relocation needs. She began her career in global mobility in 2008 as Director of Business Development for a global relocation management company with a focus on helping U.S. federal government employees relocating worldwide. Her largest account, the U.S. Dept of State, took her to visit more than 65 U.S. Embassies and consulates in Asia, Europe, Central and South America and Africa. While visiting these countries she also conducted global supplier partnership in-person audits.
Later, she was responsible for leading several global household goods transportation, sales and freight forwarding operations teams, conducting quality audits, managing technology, and implementing new pricing technology tools.
Lisa earned her Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from El Camino College, Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University, Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist–Talent Management (GMS-T) designations from Worldwide ERC®, and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), from the Mortgage Bankers Association. She is the past President and Former Programs Chairperson for the Greater Washington Employee Relocation Council (GWERC).
