As Vice President of Quality Assurance, Amee interfaces with many different departments and people at NEI, always finding new ways to streamline processes and procedures to make our company run more efficiently. She and her team:
- manage all client and transferee documents to make sure that the right information is linked to the correct websites and properly distributed,
- test new websites prior to launching,
- assess NEI’s internal database as upgrades are released,
- and supervise the implementation and development of our automated workflow processes.
Amee joined NEI in 1994 and has always been instrumental in developing new processes for our business needs. Over the years, she has worked in several departments, including Policy Writing and Training and Development. As new services were offered to our client base, she established the NEI Expense Tracking department and ran it for a couple of years before moving into her current role. Everyone appreciates Amee’s ability to see the big picture and break it down into all the moving parts to analyze and improve efficiencies.
Prior to joining NEI, Amee worked in the mortgage industry as a loan processor, which included some closing coordination and underwriting responsibilities. Before that she was in Human Resources for a department store, managing payroll and benefits for 250+ employees.
She received her bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and obtained her Nebraska Real Estate license in 1996 after working at NEI for a couple of years.
