As Senior Vice President, Global Client Development and Service Partner Relations, Al is responsible for expanding NEI’s client base, as well as managing the selection and development of all service partners to ensure high customer satisfaction for all relocating employees and clients.
Al brings more than 30 years of experience in talent management, human resource and global mobility program development. Prior to joining NEI, Al held several executive positions with a Fortune 500 corporation where he launched relocation services worldwide and championed the company’s international business growth. Throughout his extensive career, Al successfully managed both domestic and international relocation programs, provided strategic planning and consulting, proposed tailored policy recommendations and identified new products and services to help move employees around the world in thriving and emerging global markets.
Recognized industry-wide for his dedication to corporate relocation, Al has been an active member of the Worldwide ERC since 1997 and was inducted into the Worldwide ERC Hall of Leaders in 2013. He was the 2012 Chairman of the Board and 2009 President. He has also held various positions on the Board of Directors, including 2008 Vice President, Executive Committee Member and Program Planning Chair, 2007 Secretary/Treasurer, Finance Audit Committee Chair and Executive Committee Member.
Al has earned the SCRP designation, Meritorious Service Award and Distinguished Service Award through the Worldwide ERC. In addition, he has been a panelist and conducted numerous presentation and webinars for regional and national relocation organizations.
He demonstrates in commitment to human resource and talent management through his long-standing participation and membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he holds the Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) designation. Moreover, Al has authored relocation related articles in leading publications and forums for the human resource community.
Al holds a Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Maryville College.
