As Vice President of Client Development, Amanda consults with corporations to evaluate their mobility needs, as well as the financial impact and strategic direction of their relocation and global mobility programs. She consults on relocation/mobility policies and processes, and leverages the results of industry benchmarks and best practices to recommend competitive programs that embrace the organization’s culture. Amanda’s experience in human resources, talent management, and operations gives companies a knowledgeable, trusted resource, backed by the service professionals at NEI for a true partnership team.
Amanda is a member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC), Pacific Northwest Relocation Council (PNwRC), Arizona Relocation Alliance (ARA), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM), Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Amanda continues to attend human resource conferences, broadening her knowledge of the delicate relationship between the human resource role and the relocation industry.
An Accomplished Relocation Professional
With 12 years of Human Resource Management experience, Amanda has proven invaluable in her work with both existing and new clients. Amanda's expertise in policy design and implementation, coupled with relocation benefit and budget management, has given her an arsenal of knowledge to assist and guide clients to relocation policy consultation and administration. Her experience in home buyout programs further demonstrates her expertise in the relocation field.
Amanda further fine-tuned her global mobility skill set over the next ten years in a variety of positions serving as a Corporate Services Manager, Account Manager and VP Business Development. In these roles she was responsible for sourcing and closing new business along with account management in global relocation services and growing market brand awareness. Amanda has worked with numerous multinational organizations to design and implement tailored mobility programs, while assisting firms in achieving goals, solving problems, and satisfying organizational needs.
An Arizona native, Amanda currently resides in Phoenix with her husband and three active children and volunteers with Operation Enduring Gratitude.
