Kate was a school psychologist for 17 years prior to founding NEI in 1985 and is a very active community philanthropist.

Michelle joined NEI after several years as an auditor with one of the major accounting firms where she led auditing teams for large financial services clients. She joined NEI in 1996 and was VP of Operations for 4 years before accepting the role of CFO.

Michelle is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Professional Accountancy.;

Janell joined NEI in 1996, managing several large and midsize fully outsourced accounts in varying roles until her promotion to Vice President in 2009.

She has aided in the planning and coordination of several large group moves and maintains an instrumental role in directing policy administration and relocation processes to support clients' goals for cost control and process efficiency.

Her background prior to joining NEI included HR, brokerage and work as a bank auditor for the FDIC.;

As Senior Vice President of Information Technology Services, Greg oversees the teams who provide critical reporting functions, as well as the management of our proprietary Global Gateway websites and database.

NEI's experienced Technology Services staff understand the need for tools that are user friendly in multiple platforms for data, reporting and daily needs.

Greg began his career as a Programmer and Programmer Analyst before joining ConAgra Foods, where he spent the next 18 years developing his skills and leading teams responsible for the enterprise Data Warehouse Center of Excellence, supporting Business Intelligence initiatives throughout the organization.  

More recently he was responsible for the strategic support of a major insurance company's business initiatives.

Al brings more than 30 years of experience in talent management, human resources and global mobility program development. Prior to joining NEI, he held several executive positions with a Fortune 500 corporation where he launched relocation services worldwide and championed the company's international business growth.

Al has been an active member of Worldwide ERC since 1997 and has served in various positions on its executive board, including President and Chairman. Al earned his SCRP designation, Meritorious Service Award and Distinguished Service Award through Worldwide ERC and his Senior Professional Human Resource designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).;

As Vice President of Client Relations, Martin develops strategies with Client Relations Managers to continuously improve NEI client programs and deliver customer and shareholder value.  

A relocation industry veteran of 35 years, his experience covers a broad range of areas from consultant to service partner manager, operations leader to client adviser - always focused on product innovation and service delivery.  

Martin began his career counseling transferees and evaluating residential real estate acquisitions in numerous states across the country. 

He earned his Certified Relocation ProfessionalTM designation from Worldwide ERC® and has been a panelist at several national conferences.  Currently, he serves as President of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council.

Pam started her relocation career in 1982 and joined NEI in 2006. Her years of experience in relocation management include new client development, account management, group move coordination and service delivery.

She obtained her Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC in 1992 and her GMS designation in 2011. She has served on various boards for numerous regional relocation councils.;

Vice President, Client Development--Southwest Region;

A relocation industry veteran, Steve began his career on the corporate side with a mid-sized energy company where he directed an in-house mobility team, redesigned and enhanced the employee domestic relocation policies and managed the sale of corporate owned real estate.

For seventeen years, Steve worked in a variety of roles for a large relocation company, first as Vice President of Client Services and later Vice President of Client Relations and Vice President of Business Development.

As Vice President of Client Development for the Southwest Region, Steve helps organizations evaluate their mobility needs, as well as the financial impact and strategic direction of their relocation and global mobility programs.

Contributing to Debra's depth of experience is over fourteen years international living in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In addition to her work as an intercultural trainer, she also worked as a translator / speech writer, English teacher, destination services provider and is fluent in Portuguese and French.

Debra was a member of SHRM's Global Human Resources Special Expertise Panel from 2006-2009 and continues to be a member of Worldwide ERC and SHRM.;

Prior to accepting her current role with NEI, she was the Director of Client Development for the Pacific Region.;
